    Tannins are a naturally occurring part of wine that come mainly from the skins stems and seeds of the grapes. Cabernet sauvignon often has a lot of tannin. The feeling they produce is often described as similar to what black tea does to your mouth.

  • What is Sancerre?
    Sancerre is a wine growing area in the Loire valley, France. The white wines from this area are made from 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc grapes and are generally crisp and dry and great for summer.
